Who Are We?

Curt Solsvig is the Founder and Senior Managing Director of SRA. Mr. Solsvig retired in 2023 after over 35 years in corporate restructuring. During his career, he led dozens of engagements across a wide range of industries, successfully restructuring the operations and finances of his clients. His experience includes roles as CEO, COO, CFO and Chief Restructuring Officer as well as acting as an advisor to Boards and senior management.

Before entering the corporate restructuring world, Mr. Solsvig was a Manager at the Boston Consulting Group in London and New York. He started career as a banker at Citibank and Chemical Bank.

Mr. Solsvig has a BA in Economics (magna cum laude) from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Solsvig brings a talented team to any situation calling for support in financial analysis and operations, creditor negotiations, or operational overhaul.

Mr. Solsvig launched SRA in 2025 after completing a federal prison sentence for wire fraud. As a convicted felon, he will not undertake any positions with clients as a fiduciary, i.e., officer or Board member.

Mr. Solsvig’s conviction came as a result of pleading guilty to embezzlement of over $800K from a trust established by relatives. He served nine months in a federal prison camp.
